“Struttura molto bella , camere moderne e accoglienti , buona la cucina , personale gentile e disponibile. Troppo inflessibili con il chek in, se non sono le 15 in punto non si accede alle camere”

“Personale molto gentile. Colazione ottima e con orari comodi. Stanza pulita e abbastanza spaziosa per tre persone. La zona è ben collegata e piena di ristoranti e negozi. ”

“Arrivati presso la struttura, muniti di Key Card, entriamo nella stanza molto carina, è bene curata, con asciugamani, accessori per caffè e TÈ, il servizio di pulizie della stanza è stato fatto tutti i giorni, l'unica l'assenza del Phon, la posizione della struttura molto strategica sia per la fermata di autobus che per il centro commerciale, con la presenza di catene di Fast Food sparsi a due passi.”

“A comfortable hotel located strategically south of London in close reach of stations and ahopping centres. Very warm, gentle and motivated personnel.”

“Great location, nice apartment clean and cosy. Personnel at the reception was very nice and helpful. 15 min. walking to the train station or just 5 min. to the bus for the train station. Just to be picky the only things that can be improved are the TV reception and the couch that needs to be replaced but overall this is a nice place to stay.”

“It was very convenient for us since our daughter lives nearby. Also, close to a bus and train station so easy to get to downtown London. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.”

“arrivate il 26 dicembre abbiamo scoperto che c'era sciopero dei treni e quindi raggiungere norbury è stato una piccola odissea con due cambi di autobus,ma, una volta arrivate tutto bene : accoglienza cordiale, disponibile, camera con bagno privato pulitissima ( avevo il terrore di moquette e carte da parati improbabili) , cambio giornaliero degli asciugami, letto comodo, stanza ben riscaldata, colazione fai da te più che risparmiosa visti i prezzi fuori, certo si sentivano i treni passare ma non...

“Per il prezzo mi aspettavo un minimo in più…non c’era neanche il sapone in bagno o un kit di cortesia con lo spazzolino….personale gentile, posizione ottima per andare a vedere il Crystal Palace. Camera sulla strada molto rumorosa. Via piena di negozi e market”

“our room was dirty and lacked all the amenities that were listed in the booking page. we didn’t care about not having a dryer or an iron (since we were only staying for 5 days) but we didn’t even have a hairdryer !!! we asked the staff to get us one multiple times but we got pretty much ignored since we never got it. it wasn’t even possible to check in at a different time even if they had it as an option in their booking page and even sent us an email asking us about our arrival time to adjust...

“I received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance. I'd highly recommend. ”
